"Pas de Péché en Art" has a double meaning that translates from French to "Sinful Steps in Art" / "No Sins in Art".
It is a wordplay that reflects the exhibition's artworks where subjects vary from nature to the human body all the way to abstract concepts. This exhibition was a turning point vis-à-vis the traditional techniques that the artist used during his path so far.
After much experimentation with matter and mediums whether in painting or sculpting over the years, it is the first exhibition where Maroun Hakim created combined pieces using assemblage and mixed media techniques.
